The SUPRA team went to an amazing European tour last year and it was the first time when the entire team traveled together. It was decided that a photo would be taken of the team and that decision was taken long before the booking of the tour. So it was all done as decided and photo was shot right in London. “It’s a pretty big and amazing team right now,” Erik Ellington said, “and to go from where it was with just me and Tom [Penny] at day-one six years ago and see that everybody is proud to ride for it—it’s cool to see that it’s grown to be what it is.”
The photo was superb speaking of the moment and time when SUPRA team actually teamed together for fun and joy. The team is proud to have shot in the photo but a terrible accident met them right in the middle of their trip. Shad Lambert is SUPRA photographer who was working with James Sucking on the location with an intention to the take a picture on grimy street. He was deciding a better spot to shot the picture and kept thinking if that spot would do it or he needed to choose another one. Shad also told the team about a location known as A Clockwork Orange. The location in the photo is a dark tunnel which is quite dark, unwelcoming, and creepy. In the movie a drunkard was sitting against the bank singing “Molly Malone” when Alex arrived. “One thing I could never stand,” Alex says in the voice over, “was to see a filthy, dirty, old drunky howling away at the filthy songs of his fathers and going blurp blurp in between, as it might be a filthy old orchestra in his stinking, rotten guts. I could never stand to see anyone like that, whatever his age might be, but especially when he was real old like this one was.”
The SUPRA team experienced an unexpected sadistic when it was right there in that scarcely bright tunnel of London. The weather was cold and rainy and the team was all set to go to the location. The scene was different when they arrived there. Nobody was there then all drunkards were gone to home. The team was laughing, chatting, and having full-fledged fun out there. Everyone was trying to set up for the photo so was Shad. They chose that location due to a hidden romantic attraction it had. As soon as they started to shot the photo, a scream steals all the silence of the scene and stabbed down in right in the chest of lively morning air.
Terry Kenney told that they all heard someone started crying near and it was Muska. Everyone was figuring out what actually happened and was asking one another, what happened? What happened? Muska broke off his finger!! “I thought his finger was still stuck up there,” Ellington said. “I was like, yeah, that’s the sound you’d probably make if that happened. It was pretty gnarly.”
His finger was looking very ugly and needing a timely medical attention. Obviously, he was going to the hospital for getting his finger dressed up rather than having a photo shot in fun. It was almost going to be cancelled as soon as the accident happened there. However, the team managed to control the situation and asked Muska to relax so that the shot could be taken. Muska showed patience and they’d finally done with the shot.
